  1. CYCLED! Takoma Park

    Cycled is an indoor cycling studio located in Takoma Park, Washington DC, where you’ll find less cult, more community. Indoor cycling classes offer a fat-blasting, full-body workout intense cardio. This workout is designed to challenge your endurance and maximize your caloric burn. If indoor cycling is not your thing, don’t worry because Cycled offers barre and yoga sculpt classes.   2. BOOMBOX BOXING Club

    I’ve attended Boombox Boxing and can say the 50 minute class was definitely booming (Read my review). The gym is located in Navy Yard of Washington DC. Established in 2018, Sidebarre has been recognized by The Afro, Essence, Travel Noire, and many more.     Bourne2Fly Fitness is a community focused fitness gym experience located in Washington, DC. Bourne2Fly offers an uplifting fitness experience including HIIT, yoga, and youth boxing classes.
